because my duties as a mama come first, and in order to keep on schedule with my other clients, once the design process starts, i'd like to finish within 3-5 business days. this means that i will need you to respond quickly to emails. and, for the sake of time, this means you agree to communicate in as few emails as possible. you are paying for me to create a design based off the inspiration you give me in your custom order form. you are not paying for a step-by-step custom design that you choose every aspect of. i will allow 2-3 minor changes to a blog design proof without charge. after that, any additional requests/emails will be subject to a $25 an hour design change fee, with a minimum of one hour charged. payment is due in full before the design process begins. the files i create for your design are not saved to my computer unless you request so, for future changes, and pay a an additional holding fee. thank you for understanding!
