if you haven't already, meet my dear friend, heather.
us strolling the beach in california last year
i've said it before, and i'll say it again (and again and again): my favorite thing about blogging is the women that it's brought into my life. the women who inspire me, cry with me, laugh with me, push me to be a better mom, a better wife, and most importantly, point me to Christ. heather is one of those friends for me. i am so thankful for the constant reminder she is in my life to choose joy, every single day.
heather started the joyful life library project to honor her son samuel's life and also bring a little bit of comfort to families who are walking that same road that she once walked. the joyful life library provides books to critically ill children and their families in pediatric hospitals across the country.
i'm excited to tell you that heather has created a new shop, the joyful shop, as another way for you to get involved and play a part in the joyful life library.
the joyful shop is filled with prints, cards, and printables from eight different women, and i am so blessed to be a part of this talented group of artists. 100% of the profits from the joyful shop will be used to buy books for the joyful life library.
we'll need your help to continue to fill the shelves of these pediatric hospitals with books for these precious children and their families.
can you help spread a little joy today?
head on over to the joyful shop today and check it out for yourself. you'll be able to get a brand new lovely print AND support the joyful life library at the same time. there isn't anything much more wonderful than bringing a smile to a child's face. a child who needs that smile, that comfort, and that book so very much.
