haaaaaaay.
remember that time about two months ago when i was going into story's room to take some pictures and share them with you all and found mold on her wall? and then remember how we had to move her back into our room, and my husband had to tear down her walls, rip up her carpet, empty our basement, re-do bilco doors, and a million other things? and remember how that cost thousands of dollars?
oh okay, just checking.
superman has put it all back together for me. and, yes, i did cry when taking it apart becasue it felt like it was so perfect for her sweet self and then all this happened.
well… boom. just like that the nursery is back and better than ever.
please enjoy the major photo overload of majorly over exposed pictures:
as for mentioned, the lighting and quality of these photos are a little wonky due to lack of natural light. she just has the one itty bitty window in her room. the walls are a light & soft peach. there is also no closet in here but that little cubby hole is holding four big totes of bigger sized clothes. to make the most use of space i have little baskets under her dresser and crib filled with diapers, wipes, burp clothes, hats, little toys, etc.
here's the break-it-down:

ReplyDeletehi jessica! thank you so much! we (and when i say we, i mean *he* my husband :)) put little tiny hooks into the ceiling and i sat on the floor and told him where i wanted to them be, how high or low, move it back or forward, etc :) we tied them with fishing line, and then draped the yellow circle garland through :)

ReplyDeletedoes tomorrow work for you to move in? mmkay thanks. you get the 4am feeding :)
Deleteplease do copy away … every person should have a gathering of poms and lanterns over their bed!
here's what we did:
caleb put little tiny hooks into the ceiling and i sat on the floor and told him where i wanted to them be, how high or low, move it back or forward, etc ...we tied them to the hooks with clear fishing line, and then draped the yellow circle garland through once all the poms were up. let me know if you have any other questions!!
