today is day two of making it to the gym before the hubs has to be at work. i'm feeling pretty good about it. i have no crazy goals (clearly, i ate a slice of cheesecake for breakfast), i just need to get working out again on a regular basis. i feel so much better and have so much more energy. i love starting my day before the boys rise or else i feel swamped come 1:00, especially when brody doesn't nap. can i get an amen?
this is me at 5:15 this morning. i can guarantee i will not have this chipper attitude before 40 minutes of cardio every day. yep, that is for sure. and i slept in some leftover makeup, contacts and gym clothes to make things a little easier for me.
